New tips and tricks page

We’ve added a new tips and tricks page, collecting answers to questions that come up often when using the cluster.

Right now it covers how to check on your jobs with squeue and the job-usage dashboard, why loading lots of small files can be slow on the parallel file system, and clearing up a common point of confusion around GPU allocation on CFL.

We’ll keep adding to this page as more questions come in. Let us know if there’s something you’d like to see answered there!
